| 摘 要： | 中国加入WTO对传统封闭式的信息服务业提出了巨大的挑战，只有树立创新观念，充分利用互联网络发展带来的便利条件和政府上网提供的良机，积极参与网络信息资源建设，大力拓展网络信息服务业务，现代化的信息服务产业格局才能尽快建立起来。

| Abstract: | WTO entry of China puts forward a giant challenge to traditional closed information service trade. Only with the establishment of innovative opinion, the full use of the convenient conditions brought about by the development of internet and the good opportunities provided by the establishment of governmental website, the active participation of the construction of network information resources and the energetic expansion of the business of network information service, can the pattern of information service trade be established as soon as possible. |
