| 摘 要： | 近年来,外资对我国企业的跨国并购不断增加。本文对外资并购的现状进行了分析,总结了外资并购的特点,并强调外资并购还没有成为我国吸引外资的主要方式。进而提出了加强立法规制、利用竞争反垄断、组建战略联盟等外资并购对策。

| Abstract: | Foreign capital has increased it's merging and acquisition in China in recent years.This article analyzes the current status,generalizes the characteristics,and emphasizes that foreign capital's merging and acquisition is not a main matter of attracting foreign capital.Then it analyzes the corresponding countermeasure,which tells that we should strengthen the law regulation,anti-monopoly and strategic alliance. |
