螯合铁吸收剂脱除H2S及其稳定性研究

摘    要:主要研究螯合铁体系脱硫工艺。通过探讨空塔气速,液‘‘‘‘‘‘‘‘(比,入口H2S浓度、吸收剂初始[Fe^3 ],pH值等因素对脱硫率的影响,确定螯合铁脱硫体系适宜的反应条件。又通过不同配方的螯合铁吸收剂的循环实验,了解在循环的实验条件下,体系脱硫率,铁浓度随循环次数的变化。

Abstract:The desulfurization process of chelate iron system was studied. In order to determine proper operating conditions of chelate iron system, the effects of space tower air rate, L/G, inlet H 2 S concentration, chelate iron concentration and pH values on desulfurization efficiency were investigated. And a circulating experiment was conducted by using several different chelate iron absorptions. The results indicate the relations between circulating times and desulfurization efficiency, ferric concentration.
