樟树器官解剖

摘    要:采用显微切片和组织离析法,对樟的8个化学型——脑樟、芳樟和油樟的根、茎、叶、花、果实和种子进行了解剖观察,获得以下8个方面的结果。首先,了解到樟的各器官的显微结构和特点。在确定了各器官结构组成的基础上,观察到根的解剖类型为四原型,根具髓,次生木质部具孔纹导管和梯一孔纹导管,轴向薄壁细胞的排列为稀疏傍管型,射线为异形多列射线,周皮发源于皮层外层细胞,叶为异面叶等等。其次,了解到樟的各器中油细胞的形态、数量和分布,发现了樟的油细胞具有分散存在、细胞特化和广泛分布等特点。其三,发现了樟的8个类型在叶和茎的结构方面的一些区别,叶主要有栅拦细胞层数、栅拦细胞和海绵细胞层长度的此例、单位面积内油细胞的数目等区别,茎主要有纤维长度的不同。

Abstract:Adopting microscopic section and organizing dispersipn method to dissect the three chemical models of cynamomum, camphor, linallol and cineole, we obtain the following three results by observing their roots, stems, leaves, flowers, fruits and seeds.Firstly, we are aware of the camphor's micro structure and special feature of each organ. On the basis of each affirmed organ structure, we observe that the dissection of the roots is of trata-type; the roots are pithy;the secondary xylem has pitted vessels and scalariforms; the aligned parenchyma cells are sparsely paratracheal; the visual ray is composed of heterogeneous multisentiale rays; the periderm originates from the coll of the outside cortex; the leaf is dorsi-ventral, etc.Secondly, we are acquainted With the form of the oilcell of the cynamomum, its quantity and distribution, and find that the camphoric oilcells are scattered, specialized and widely distributed.Thirdly, we discover some distinctions between the structures of the leaves and stems of the three types of cynamomum. That is, the leaf has the main distinction of the pelisade tissue layers, the length scale of the pelisade tissue and spongy tissue, and the different amount of oilcells in the unit area; the main distinction of the stem is the length of the fiber.
