| 摘 要： | 介绍了坪上水库项目组成、开发目标及其效益,在分析用户承受能力的基础上对贷款能力测算的依据、方法及过程进行了阐述。根据贷款能力测算结果,并结合本工程的实际情况,提出了本工程资金筹措计划的推荐方案。

| Abstract: | This paper introduces the components,developing targets and benefits of the project of the Pingshang Reservoir,based on analyzing the bearing capacity of the users,expounds the foundations,methods and procedures of estimating the loaning ability,and according to the results of the estimation of the loaning ability,and connecting with the actual situation of the project,puts forward a recommended scheme of the funds raising plan of the project. |
