程海的真菌

摘    要:本文报道了对程海真菌的区系组成及其在湖体中的分布状况、季节变化和优势类群的研究结果。共分离鉴定了真菌20个属。与云南主要高原湖泊滇池、洱海比较,程海的真菌(尤其是鞭毛菌)类群较为贫乏,区系成分也有明显差别,分离到了根囊壶菌(Rhizophlictis)和丝枝霉(Abhanocladium)等属。底泥中的真菌类群具有相对稳定性,但总菌数在雨季明显增加。水中及周丛生物上的真菌类群季节变化明显,旱季里出现的真菌类群较雨季丰富多样,表现出与滇池、洱海相同的规律性。优势类群为细囊霉(Leptolegnia)、根生壶菌(Rhizophydium)、拟青霉(Peacilomyeces)、青霉Penicillium)和枝孢霉(Cladospouium)等属。

Abstract:Chenhai Lake in Yongshen County located in northwest of Yunnan Province of China is an enclosed Plateau lake with an elevation of 1503 m. The area of the lake is about 74. 6 km2. Owing to the par ticularity of water quality and geographic characteristics, the studies on fungi in the lake is valuable. This paper reports the groups of fungi in Chenhai Lake, their changes with season, the distribution in different lamellas of the lake and predominat genera. 20 genera were isolated and identyfied. The fungi genera, especially Mastigomycotina, are poorer compered with Dianchi Lake and Erhai Lake in Yunnan provence. There is the particularity of composition of fungi. Rhizophlyctis and Aphanocladium were separated. The genera separated from samples of bottom mud are comparatively stable, but their quantity increases obviously in rainy season(October). However, the genera separated from samples of water, neuston and periphyton change obviously with season, they are much more in dry season (April) than rainy season. The predominant genera in Chenhai Lake are Leptolegnia, Rhziophydium in water and Peacilomyces, Penicillium, Cladosporium in neuston and periphyton.
