摘    要:本试题课题采用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱仪对钢铁中铝及向微量的钛、铌和锆的分析方法进行了试验研究,着重研究了试样的化学处理方法及载气流量、输入功率、观测高度等条件对钢铁中铝及微量钛、铌和锆的影响,通过试验研究找到了一个分析上述元素的准确可靠的方法,本方法灵敏度及准确度高,操作简便、快速。

Abstract:The test studied analysis method about Al and trace Ti?Nb and Zr in Steel and iron by means inductance coupling plasma emission spectrum instrument. Affect of chemical treatment method of sample?air loading flow?input power and viewing height atc. for measurement Al and trace Zr?Ti?Nb in steel and iron are studied, and find a accurate and reliable method of analy is ab and ove elemenes through test search, The method has the advangtages of high responsiveness?high accuray?simple and rapid operation.
