| 摘 要： | 通过文献资料、问卷调查、访谈及数理统计等方法,对宿州国际网球中心的运营管理现状进行了实地调查与深入分析,发现网球中心在运营管理中存在的问题,并结合当地的发展实际,提出相应的对策,供决策部门参考,以期产生更大的经济效益和社会效益。同时,也为网球运动在不发达地区的推广实验提供有价值的借鉴和参考。

| Abstract: | This paper analyzes current situation of operation management of Suzhou International Tennis Center by
the literature, questionnaire, interview and mathematical statistics methods, and conclude the operation management
problems in the tennis center, and combining with local conditions, puts forward the corresponding countermeasures
for decision-making departments for a greater economic and social benefits. At the same time, it also provides
valuable references for experimental promotion of tennis sports in less developed areas |
