| 摘 要： | 目前大学生兼职日益普遍,高校日益升温的校园兼职现象与管理监督力度不足的矛盾十分突出。针对此类现象,提出四位一体的大学生兼职监督管理的系列对策,运用AHP数学模型进行综合比较、判定和分析,旨在提出最优管理方案,提升大学生社会实践以及创新创业能力。

| Abstract: | Abstract: At present, part-time job for college students are becoming more and more popular, and the contradiction
between part-time jobs and lack of supervision and management in Colleges and universities is becoming serious.
This paper attempts to put forward Four in One supervision and management series of countermeasures by using
AHP mathematical model of a comprehensive comparison, judgment and analysis, to put forward the optimal
management scheme to improve college students'' social practice and innovation ability. |
