摘    要:目的:研究免疫电镜检查HLV颗粒的效应。方法:用抗HLV抗体注射小鼠,再用HIV抗原攻击,对抗原-抗体复合物结合在FDC上。解剖小鼠取出淋巴结,切片,组化染色,在解剖镜下切F生发中心,固定、脱水、包埋、超薄切片,电镜检查。结果:在FDC上发现HIV颗粒。结论:实验证明免疫电镜法检查HIV颗粒是可靠的。

Abstract:Objective:To study HIV effect with immune electron microscope.Methods: We observed that antigen-antibody complex bound to FDC by injecting mice with anti-HIV antibody and attacking with HIV antigen. The mouse was dissected, and the lymph nodes were taken out to make section and histochemostry staining. The germinal center was removed, fixed, dehydrate and embedded to make section and examined with immune electron microscope. Results: HIV granules were found in FDC. Conclusion:The examination of granules by immune electron electron is reliable.
