摘    要:详细分析了基于单通道子图像的运动目标检测性能,给出了图像序列间协方差矩阵分解后特征值与运动目标速度间的关系。首先通过方位向的频谱划分获得单通道子孔径对应的子图像,再利用子孔径间协方差矩阵第二特征值对目标信号的敏感性实现运动目标的检测。详细推导了特征值与运动目标距离向速度的关系,并通过理论分析给出了协方差矩阵第二特征值的概率密度函数。最后,经过仿真实验给出了该方法的仿真结果与性能曲线。

Abstract:The method of moving target detection based on eigen-decomposition of the covariance matrix is proposed for single-antenna airborne synthetic aperture radar (SAR) and the relationship between the eigen- decomposition and the moving target’s range velocity is analyzed. First the paper points out that the sub- image is obtained through frequency processing. Then the sensitivity of the moving target that is represented by the second eigenvalue of the covariance matrix is used to indicate the moving target. The relationship between the second eigenvalue and the moving target’s range velocity is presented. Through the theoretical deducing, the probability density function of the second eigenvalue of the covariance matrix is presented. Simulation results demonstrate that the method is effective.
