胶质红假单胞菌J2菌株光合产氢的研究

摘    要:选择苹果酸为碳源,谷物酸为氮源,对胶质红假单胞菌J2菌株进行光照分批及连续培养产氢试验,分批试验最大产氢活性为每克干细胞每小时产氢13.38ml。连续试验持续15天以上,平均产氢速率为每克干细胞每小时产氢12.01ml。此后进行了固定化细胞光合产氢的研究,选择角叉菜聚糖作为固定化载体,结果表明,固定化细胞在产氢活性的保持和反应稳定性等方面明显优于游离细胞,连续培养时,平均产氢速率为每克干细胞每小时

Abstract:The rate of hydrogen production of Rhodobacter Gelatinosa Strain J2 was examined by a batch and a continuous culture anaerobically in the light with malate and glutamate as carbon and nitrogen sources respectively. In the batch culture, the maximum hydrogen production activity was 13. 38ml H2/h/g dry cell. In the continuous culture, hydrogen was evoloved at a mean rate of 12. 01 ml H2/h/g dry cell over a period of 15 days. By using carregeenan-immobilized J2 cells, batch photoproduction and continuous photoproduction of hydrogen were both carried out successfully. The immobilized cells were advantages over the free cells on the stability and the retaining of hydrogen evolution activity. In the continuous culture, the mean hydrogen production rate was 9. 75 ml H2/h/g dry cell and lasted over 27 days with half of the beginning activity still remaining
