| Abstract: | Along with the establishment of the modern enterprise system in state-owned enterprises and the continuous deepening of the reform, the shortage of professional technical talents is more and more severe day by day. Based on this situation, this paper probes into the problems existing in the use of the talents in the coal enterprises at present, and puts forward some corresponding measures and suggestions. |
