Fenton氧化与Fe/C微电解预处理头孢菌抗生素废水的实验研究

摘    要:生产7-ACA(头孢菌抗生素中间体)过程中排出的废水,是一种难生物降解的高浓度有机废水。实验采用Fenton氧化和Fe/C微电解两种方法预处理此类废水,通过正交和单因素实验确定其最佳工艺条件并对比二者的处理效果。结果表明,Fenton氧化法对COD去除率为46.1%,处理后废水的ρ(BOD)/ρ(COD)提升至0.36,反应时间为1h;Fe/C微电解法对COD去除率为44.7%,处理后废水的ρ(BOD)/ρ(COD)提升至0.43,反应时间为1.5h。

Abstract:Wastewater,generated in the production of 7-ACA(the Cep halosporium antibiotic intermediates) process,is a wastewater with high concentration of organics hardly degradable by biochemical treatment.In this study,Fenton oxidation and Fe/C micro electrolysis was used as two pretreatment methods to treat the wastewater,the optimum conditions were determined by orthogonal and si ngle factor test and the treatment effect was compared.The results show that for Fenton oxidation treatment,the COD removal rate reached 46.1%,ρ(BOD)/ρ(COD) increased to 0.36,and the reaction time was 1 h;for Fe/C micro-electrolytic treatment, the COD removal rate reached 44.7%,ρ(BOD)/ρ(COD) increased to 0.43,and the reaction time was 1.5 h.
