硬齿面齿轮加工技术进展及展望

摘    要:总结了国内外硬齿面齿轮加工的两个关键技术——工具技术和机床技术的现状。工具技术体现在新型材料和刀具涂层技术的应用、超硬磨粒CBN工具制备技术的成熟、工具结构设计和工具一体化技术日趋完善;机床技术体现在硬齿面齿轮加工用机床向数控化、高速高效、高精度、功能复合、绿色环保方向发展。分析了工具技术和机床技术在发展过程中的优势和存在的不足。最后,对硬齿面齿轮加工材料去除机理、振动珩齿机床、绿色加工技术等方面进行了展望。

Abstract:The domestic and abroad situations of the two key technolgies for hard surface gear processing,tools technolgy and machine technology,were reviewed.The tools techynology features the applications of advanced materials and cutting tool coating techology,the maturity of the preparation technology of superhard grain CBN tools,and the continuous improvement in tools design and integration.The machine technology features the development of the machines for processing hard surface gears toward numerical control,high speed/high effectiveness,high precision,composited functions and environmental friendliness.The advantages and disadvantages of tools and machine technologies during their development were analyzed.Finally some prospects were made on the material-removing mechanism during gear processing vibrational honing machine,and green processing technologies.
