摘    要:利用非参数统计方法,对5Cr-0.5Mo耐热钢寿命预测中的主曲线进行分析,提出新的主曲线形式(双指数形式),给出5Cr-0.5Mo耐热钢主曲线表达式。与传统的多项式主曲线以及近来提出的主曲线相比,双指数形式主曲线有很好的统计推断特性。利用5Cr-0.5Mo耐热钢的长时蠕变断裂数据对仅利用其短时蠕变断裂数据建立的主曲线进行外推特性检验,检验结果显示,双指数主曲线的外推具有较强的稳健性。

Abstract:The master curve in life prediction of 5Cr-0.5Mo heat-resistant steels is analysed by nonparametric statistical methods.A new form master curve called double-exponent is given and the specific master curve expression of 5Cr-0.5Mo heat-resistant steels is obtained.The double-exponent master curve of 5Cr-0.5Mo heat-resistant steels has better features of statistical inference than those of the traditional polynomial and the master curve given recently.The inferential test with the double-exponent master curve based on the short time creep rupture data by long time creep rupture data,shows that the inference of the double-exponent master curve is robust.
