井用泵水力模型设计及试验研究

摘    要:针对井用泵受井径限制的特点,采用理论设计和实验验证相结合的方法,着重论述了井用泵叶轮和导流壳水力模型的设计方法,提出了主要几何参数选取原则和选择范围,并通过大量试验进行分析研究,探索了提高井用泵性能的有效途径。

Abstract:In view of the characteristics of well pump limited by the well diameter,this paper focused on discussion of the hydraulic model design method of well pump impeller and guide shell using the method of combining theoretical design with experimental verification.The selection principle and the selection range of main geometric parameters were put forward,analysis and research were done through a large number of test,and the effective way for improving the well pump performance was investigated.
