先进控制流透平设计的展望

摘    要:在简要概括和分析各种先进透平设计方法的基础上,讨论了工程设计中应考虑的若干问题,如:各种控制方法的应用场合,合理的径向压力梯度和级后参数分布,变反动度设计等.提出了具有应用前景的“通用边界控制”法,阐述了先进控制流的概念和内容.先进控制流集中了传统冲动式和反力式透平的优点,使效率和紧凑性得到进一步提高.

Abstract:Several issues about engineering design were discussed based on generalizing and analyzing some of advanced design means of turbine,such as application of every control-flow means,reasonable radial pressure gradient and parameter distribution after stage,variable reaction design,etc.A method of current boundary control which has an application prospect was advanced.The conception and contents of advanced control-flow were presented.Advanced controlflow succeed to the advantages of traditional impulse and reaction turbine,as well as made the efficiency and compact improved.
