| 摘 要： | 细纱断头率是纺纱厂的重要考核指标，在不考虑其它因素影响的条件下，细纱断头率在一昼夜内存在着周期性变化的现象。本文根据实例采用谐量分析法求得细纱断头率周期性变化的回归方程式，并提出了控制细纱断头率散差的方法。

| Abstract: | End breakage rate of yarn is a very important index of assessment in spinning factories. Neglecting the influence of other interfering factors.it is found that the end breakage rate varies periodically round the clock. By use of the resonant analysis on actual examples,a regression equation describing this periodical variation is obtained,thereby a method to control the dispersion of the end breakage rate is suggested. |
