角膜缘干细胞移植治疗翼状胬肉46例分析

目的：观察角膜缘干细胞移植治疗翼状胬肉的疗效，探讨角膜缘干细胞移植术后复发率是否比传统单纯行翼状胬肉切除术复发率低。方法：对46例46眼翼状胬肉行角膜缘干细胞移植，24例24眼行单纯翼状胬肉切除术，术后定期随访，观察疗效和眼表情况。结果：角膜缘干细胞移植组平均随访11月，手术成功率97．83％，复发率2．17％；传统单纯翼状胬肉切除术组平均随访10月，手术成功率75％，复发率25％。结论：角膜缘干细胞移植手术复发率明显低于单纯翼状胬肉切除术，可替代传统手术方式治疗翼状胬肉。

Analysis of 46 Cases Transplanting Stem Cells of Corneal Rim to Cure the Triangular Mass of Mucous Membrane Growing from the Inner Corner of the Eye

Objective:To observe the effect of transplantation stem cells to cure the triangular mass,investigate whether the recurring rate after the transplantation is lower than that after traditional mere resection of the triangular mass.Methods:To transplant stem cells to cure the triangular mass in46eyes of46cases,resect the triangular mass in24eyes of24cases.Then to visit the patients regularly after the operation to observe the curative effect and the external eye condition.Result:The transplantation group is traced average11months,the success rate of the oper-ation is97.83%and the recurring rate is2.17%.The resection group is traced average10months,the success rate of the operation is75%and the recurring rate is25%.Conclusion:the recurring rate after the transplantation is obviously lower than that after traditional resection of the triangular mass so the transplantation can be adopted to replace the traditional resection to cure the triangular mass.
