| 摘 要： | 依托运动训练学的有关原理,采用文献资料研究法、调查访问法就基层网球队核心队员这一问题进行了研究。结果表明:(1)基层网球队核心队员大体可分为三种类型,即组织训练型、比赛型、全面型;(2)基层网球队核心队员具有协助教练做训练前的组织工作、在训练时尖子队员能起到榜样的作用和比赛关键时刻取胜的作用;(3)基层网球队核心队员能力结构包括组织管理能力和专项运动能力;(4)对基层网球队核心队员能力的培养应该贯穿网球训练的全过程。
