SPESEC:并行科学工程计算的模拟环境

摘    要:SPESEC是在MIMD并行计算机上进行科学工程计算的模拟环境,已经在具有MC 68000系列微处理器的计算机系统上实现。SPESEC具有明确定义的虚拟机,提供了为该虚拟机编程的语言,从而为用户提供了完整的编程和运行环境。本文描述SPESEC的设计目的、性能特点和SPESEC提供的并行程序环境,也给出在串行计算机上实现SPESEC的某些细节。最后给出在SPESEC中进行并行计算的例子。

Abstract:SPESEC is a simulator for parallel environment of scientific and engineering calculation on MIMD parallel computers. It is currently implemented on the computer system with MC 68000 series microprocessor. SPESEC has a clearly defined virtual machine and provides language for programming this machine, thus providing the user with a complete programming and execution environment. This paper describes the design goal and performance of SPESEC and the parallel programming environment with SPESEC. Some details of its implementation on the serial computer are also given. Finally, an example calculated in parallel in SPESEC is presented.
