摘    要:山西省万家寨引黄工程联接段上起汾河水库,下至太原市呼延水厂,工程运行期间,如水厂发生事故紧急停水,在线路上游控制阀门关闭之前,尚有很大一部分水量要弃掉。文章对弃水出路和弃水再利用方案进行了论述,提出了最为合理的优化设计方案,并对该方案的技术经济效益进行了分析。

Abstract:The connecting section of Shanxi's Wanjiazhai YRDP starts from Fenhe Reservoir in the upper and goes to Taiyuan Huyan Water Plant in lower, and in t he course of the operation of the project, if a urgent water failure happens in the water plant, a part of water should be abandoned before the controlling valv es on the upper course of the line are closed. This paper discusses on the outle ts of the abandoned water and the re-utilization schemes of the abandoned water , puts forward a most rational optimized scheme, and makes analysis on its techn ical and economic benefits.
