| 摘 要： | 高校大型仪器管理模式有集中管理和分散管理两种模式,不同管理模式有其优势和不足。随着科研团队的发展和壮大,应允许分散管理模式存在。而开放使用模式有利于大型仪器科研功能的最大化,激发学生创新的热情,同时解放仪器管理人员。制订一套完善的管理制度、评价体系、业绩考核机制以及职称晋升政策,有利于稳定仪器专业技术队伍。

| Abstract: | The modes of management in large- scale instruments of colleges fall into two categories--- centralized and decentralized,which have their respective advantages and disadvantages. With the development of scientific research team,the decentralized management should be permitted in the management of large- scale instruments. The open mode of using large- scale instruments may maximize the research function of large- scale instruments,stimulate students＇ enthusiasm of innovation,and instrument management would be liberated. Establishing a fairly systematic administrative system,appraisal system,servant merit system and promotion policies is beneficial to stabilizing professional team. |
