| 摘 要： | 本文首先从武器系统数据管理的需求出发,分析了嵌入式文件系统在武器系统中的优势。然后,针对Flash存储器在武器系统中的广泛使用,分析了NAND Flash存储器的特征。最后,对NAND Flash存储器在无OS环境下的应用,提出了一种文件系统设计方案。

| Abstract: | Firstly,this paper analyses the advantages of embedded file system in the weapon systems basing on the data management needs of the weapon systems.And then,discussing the features of NAND Flash Memory in view of the widespread uses of Flash memories in the weapon systems.Lastly,a new designation of file system is put forward to NAND Flash Memory in the absence of application of OS environment. |
