| 摘 要： | 通过对湖北省具有代表性的高校田径教练员进行调查研究，从训练理论的角度对高校高水平田径队的运动训练内外部因素进行调查分析，探讨高校高水平田径队运动成绩与训练理论的关系，找出在新赛制下高校高水平田径队在成绩提高方面的改革和发展训练理论，并针对现状提出建议。

| Abstract: | In this paper, through investigation and study on colleges track and field training characteristics among representative coaches and from perspective of the theory of traditional training, internal and external factors of college sports training for high-level track and field team were analyzed. Relationship between Hubei College athletic performance and traditional training theory was discussed in order to reform training and develop the theory for better performance under the new competition system and to make recommendations against the status quo. |
