地方科研机构实行绩效薪酬的思考

摘    要:薪酬管理一直是人力资源管理的重要内容。运用现代薪酬管理理论,认真分析了江西省科研机构薪酬制度普遍存在的一些问题和弊端,认为地方科研机构现行的薪酬制度必须进行重新设计。结合国家科技体制改革的要求以及当前江西省的事业单位定岗工作,论证了实行绩效薪酬的可行性和必要性,并提出一些具体实施措施。

Abstract:Salary management has always been an important part of human resources management.This text applies the modern salary management theory,carefully analyses the pay system of scientific research institutions in our province,pointing out a number of common problems and drawbacks and considers the existing pay system of local research institutions has to be redesigned.In combination with the requirements of national scientific and technological system reform and the post fixing work of public institutions in our province,it demonstrates the feasibility and necessity of implementing performance payment system and proposes some concrete measures.
