| 摘 要： | 高校教师在行为选择过程中表现出三种突出的道德冲突现象:行为取向上的义利冲突、行为表现上的角色冲突、行为动机上的心理冲突。其调适途径有:自我心理调适、价值取向调适、外在社会调适。

| Abstract: | Following the principle of Marxian ethics,from the vocational angle of college teachers,the paper discusses three typical moral conflicts during their choice of behavior,explores the cause of the conflicts,and last poses three suggestions for easing up the moral conflict of college teachers. |
