| 摘 要： | 问题新闻的传播既有正向的传播功能,又有副作用。其正向功能有疏导化解、警报唤醒、教育劝谏和加勉、监督警戒、建设鞭策、扶贫济困等。其副作用主要是破坏冲击、瓦解涣散、腐蚀污染和诱导教唆等。只有充分认识问题新闻传播的功能,才能实现传播效果的最佳化。

| Abstract: | Problem news has both positive and negative effects. The positive effects include persuading, warning, admonishing, supervising, encouraging, while the negative effects include destroying, polluting, inducing, and instigating. Only by fully understanding the function of news dissemination can we get the optimum effect of dissemination. |
