超宽带无线电综述

摘    要:超宽带无线电是一种全新的无线电技术,是无线通信领域的一次重大进步,在民用和军用通信领域有着广阔的应用前景,特别是对军队的通信,指挥和武器控制系统有着深刻的影响。在综合分析大量国外有关超宁带无线电技术文献和研究结果的基础上,首先从信号隐蔽性,处理增益,多径分辨能力,数据传输速率和系统容量等方面对超宽带无线电的特点进行了阐述,并与常规无线电(包括跳频,直接序列扩谱、“蓝牙”,HomeRF和IEEE802.11等)进行了比较,分别介绍了目前国外超宽带无线电军事应用和民用研究的现状,最后指出院 超宽带无线电技术的几个主要研究方向。

Abstract:The Ultra Wide Bandwidth (UWB) radio, a novel radio technology, which is a significant progress in wireless communication, has a broad application prospect in wireless communication field, and will have great influence on military communication, commanding and armament controlling system. Based on the analysis of a great deal of technical reports on UWB radio and some of our research results, the principle of UWB radio is described and its characteristics are analyzed, by comparing with some traditional radio and other new techniques, such as Bluetooth, HomeRF and IEEE802.11. The latest advancement and the direction of research in this area are introduced.
