摘    要:以传动比要求一定时某仪表机构综合为实例,对图解法和解析法进行了论述和比较,指出了两种方法的优劣之处和适用范围,及高副低代实现的可行性和实用性;并通过函数逼近的方法,求出满足精度下的所有插值结点,以使所求机构实际的φ=F(θ)函数更能逼近于给定的运动规律。

Abstract:This paper uses an example of synthetic mechanism whose transmission ratio is determined and compares graphic method with analytical method, indicating the features of these two methods and the ranges of application as well as the feasibility and practicability of lower pair replacing higher pair. Method of function approximation is applied to get all interpolation nodes which meet precision requirement, trying to make function [ φ=F(θ)] in the mechanism close to the pre -determined motion.
