石油套管表面裂纹分析

摘    要:分析了衡阳钢管有限公司N80级石油套管表面裂纹产生的原因及形成机理,结果表明,由于坯料中舍有大量的夹杂物,致使穿孔过程中形成表面裂纹。通过改进炼钢工艺、提高连铸坯的质量和合理调整穿孔机工艺参数,能有效的减少裂纹的产生。

Abstract:The causes and formation mechanism of surface cracks on the N80 grade oil well pipe made by Hengyang Steel Tube Co.,Ltd.are analyzed in this paper.It is found that the surface cracks are generated in the puncturing process due to a mass of inclusions in the cast.It's possible to reduce the cracks effectively by controlling steelmaking process properly,improving the quality of continuous casting billets,and optimizing the puncturing process parameters.
