摘    要:电磁约束成型技术顺应材料科学高纯无污染近净成型的发展趋势 ,在电磁冶金和材料工程这一交叉领域中迅速发展 ,电磁力的载持和约束成型能力为这一发展提供了技术支持 .电磁约束成型技术具有无模、电磁搅拌、强冷却等工艺特点 .其凝固过程为一对流传热传质的动态过程 .工艺过程决定其凝固过程 ,最终决定其凝固组织 ,使其在温度和成份高度均匀的环境下具有优先形成等轴晶的倾向

Abstract:With the development of material science featuring high-purity and pollution-free molding, electromagnetic constrained forming technology (EMC) has made rapid progress in the interdisciplinary subject of electromagnetic metallurgy and material engineering. The carrying and casting ability of electromagnetic force provides a technological support for the EMC development. EMC features die-free, electromagnetic stirring and strong cooling; its solidification is a dynamic process of convective heat and mass transfer. The product of the solidification process, which is determined by the technological process, will give priority to equiaxed grain structure under the condition of even temperature and well-distributed composition.
