| Abstract: | Abstract The insufficient Supply function is a bottle-neck restraining the businessdevelopment in the chain Enterprise. So defining the basic function and role of the supplycenter is the key to promote the construction of the supply center, and the prob1ems, such asthe way to form the supply center. The revolving mechanism, the sales territory, location, theequipment conditions, the talent allocation and the managerial requirements must be consid-ered. |
