采用平三角孔型的Y型轧机轧制无缝钢管的有限元仿真及实验研究

摘    要:采用了三维弹塑性有限元软件和接触分析技术,对采用平三角孔型的Y型轧机轧制无缝钢管的过程进行了计算机仿真,并在Y型轧机上进行了初步试验。仿真和试验表明:采用平三角孔型的Y型轧机轧制无缝钢管在方法上可行的,在技术上具有明显的先进性和简单性。

Abstract:The rolling process of seamless steel tube with Y-type rolling mill has been simulated by means of three dimensional elastoplastic finite element method and contact analysis technology,and elementary experiment in Y-type rolling mill has been done as well.Simulation and experiment results show that the method is feasible and the technology is advanced and simple.
