| Abstract: | This paper reported materials for the Charophyta from Guizhou. There are five genera, thirty four species and three varieties. The sixteen speeics and one variety are iacladed in Nitella, two Species in Tolypella, one species in Niiellopsis, one spscies in Lychnothamnus and thirteen species and two varieties in Chara. |
