天然海鱼共附生细菌抗TMV增殖的活性筛选

摘    要:从福建平潭潮间带周边海域采集7种海鱼,选择了6种分离培养基,获得海洋共附生细菌191株,通过叶碟法进行抑制烟草花叶病毒(Tobacco mosaic virus,TMV)增殖的菌株活性筛选,其中36株海洋细菌抑制率大于60%,其浓度为1 mg/mL的粗提物抗TMV增殖的活性都能达到38%以上,抑制率超过60%有8株。

Abstract:10 samples of seven kinds of marine fish were collected from Pingtan sea area in Fujian provience.Using 6 different medium,191 symbiotic and epiphyte bacteria strains of marine fish were isolated.Screening for anti-TMV replication activities,36 fermented solution of marine bacteria strains obtained more than 60 percent inhibition rate.8 crude extracts(1 mg/mL) from them for anti-TMV replication activities possessed more than 60 percent inhibition rate.
