| 摘 要： | 先对协作R&D网络进行了理论解释,然后分析了高技术企业协作R&D网络的特征,进一步研究了其组织模式。最后,根据联盟竞争理论分析了高技术企业协作R&D网络的竞争优势。

| Abstract: | Firstly,the theoretical backgrounds of the existence of cooperation R&D network organizations are explained.Secondary,we analyzed the characteristics of Hi-Tech enterprise cooperation R&D network,and studied its organization mode.Lastly,the competition advantage of Hi-Tech enterprise cooperation R&D network is analyzed based on the theory of competitive alliance. |
