摘 要: | 本文以计算流体动力学及热流固耦合数值计算理论为基础,对处于高速、高温、高压等高参数极端工况的机械密封摩擦副密封环界面、流体膜及工作流场进行了热流固耦合数值计算分析,为高参数机械密封动环的进一步结构优化设计提供依据。因此,对密封环进行热流固耦合方面的研究就显得非常有必要。

Abstract: | In this paper, basing on computational fluid dynamics (CFD) and numerical fluid-solid coupling theory, the interface of scaling ring of the mechanical seal friction, fluid film and its flow field that is in the extreme conditions as high-speed, high-temperature, high-pressure are analayzed by applyning numerical value about fluid-solid coupling. Thereby, foundation is supplied for designing the Mechanical Seal Ring Flow with high - parameter. |
