纳米MgO的制备及性能表征

摘    要:以MgCl2和(NH4)2CO3为主要原料,PEG-2000为表面活性剂,采用均匀沉淀法制备了纳米MgO.采用XRD,TEM,粒度分布等手段表征了MgO的结构,并利用水化法检测了其活性.结果表明,在适当的工艺条件下获得了50 nm的MgO颗粒,其活性达到96.15%.

Abstract:Nano magnesium oxide has been prepared by homogeneous precipitation method using magnesium chloride and ammonium carbonate as main raw materials while PEG-2000 as the surfactant. Structure of the MgO were characterized by means of XRD and TEM as well as particle size distribution analysis. Surface activity of the MgO were tested by hydration method. The results showed that MgO particles in 50 nm size had been obtained under suitable processes, and its surface activity reached to 96.15%.
