摘    要:本文遵循服务营销理论,以十多年销售实践为依据,对售后工作的基本内容、基本方法、售后人员必备素养进行分析,并对售后的4个潜在作用做了初步阐述,旨在说明服务营销理论在实践中广泛应用的辐射效应。

Abstract:This paper following the theory of service marketing, according to author more than 10 years of practice, discuss basic content, basic methods of customer service work and a necessary quality of customer service staff, make preliminary e- laboration of 4 potential effects on customer service, aims to show that the radiation effect of wide application of the service marketing theory in practice.
