| 摘 要： | 笔者在分析生产实习对于应用型人才培养重要性的基础上,提出了从生产实习过程管理、生产实习方式、课程考核方式3个方面进行探索和改革,取得了良好的教学效果,对于未来的生产实习教学改革以及应用型人才培养具有一定的指导意义。

| Abstract: | For the sake of adapting to the training model for application-oriented talents, practical teaching system is needed to enhance. By actively exploring the approach to combination of production, teaching and research, cooperation between school and enterprise, and integration with the teaching resources inside and outside university, the training model for applica- tion-oriented talents is formed. Production practice is the main aera of major of mechanical design, manufacturing and au- tomation, by which the innovation abilities of students are improved. Finally, application-oriented talents are cultivated. |
