| Abstract: | Expounded that the advantage of using of natural water to pour ice field.It aimed at the education funding of schools.At all levels in northeast region,and made full use of natural water to pour ice field to relieve the shortage of water,to promote the ice instruction,extra-curricular activities on ice and provide some valued reference about tourism development on ice. |
