| 摘 要： | 目前，上市公司的股利分配存在许多问题，本文主要通过从股利政策的基本内容，股利政策对企业经营管理的意义以及股利分配政策的相关因素和股利政策的分配方式及现阶段我国股利政策分配存在的问题等方面进行阐述，重点说明现阶段我国股利政策分配存在的问题及对如何完善我国股利政策提出一些建议。
