| 摘 要： | 在分析主导耕作制度调查法缺陷的基础上,提出了分析和测算征地统一年产值的方法.因素修正法在测算单元的测算中能够很好地揭示各个测算单元的产值的主要影响因素.因素修正法在统一年产值的测算是可行、科学的,可在征地统一年产值及农用地年产值的测算中推广应用.

| Abstract: | Research goal: On the foundation of analysing the flaws of main cropping frame investigation procedure method,analysis and estimate is proposed for the unified annual output value of land expropriation from another angle.Research technique: Factor revision method,AHP(analytic hierarchy process).Findings: Factor revision method can well reveal the main influence factor of every estimated unit output value when estimated.Research conclusion: Factor revision method is feasible and scientific in estimating the unified annual output value of land expropriation,it is worth while to promote application in estimating the unified annual output value of land expropriation and the output value per year of the land in agriculture uses. |
