摘    要:海底管道的损伤形式多种多样,凹坑损伤是一种主要形式,不加评估的放任缺陷存在或立即更换都是不科学的。通过某海底管道的凹坑缺陷实例,分别考虑二级评价和三级评价,得出更换该段海管的结论与建议。结论表明,通过凹坑损伤安全评估可以科学的判断应采取什么措施,既可不影响安全生产,又可实现企业利益的最大化。

Abstract:The damage type of subsea pipelines are various, such as dent damage. It is unreasonable that the defects are ignored or the pipeline is replaced at once without assessment. The two-level assessment and the three-level assessment were used during safety assessment for certain actual subsea pipeline dent damage, and a conclusion was made that this damage pipeline should be replaced. It is indicated that safety assessment is helpful for making conclusion what measures should be taken, which can ensure the safe production, and which can also realize the maximization of enterprise profit.
