| 摘 要： | 目的总结锁定接骨板对胫腓骨骨折治疗的效果.方法回顾分析30例胫腓骨骨折,采用锁定接骨板治疗,其中闭合性骨折17例,开放性骨折13例,并有25例骨折病人进行了6～18个月随访。分析采用Jonher-Wruh评分标准.结果所有骨折患者中愈合优为19例,良3例,中3例,差0例.骨折平均愈合时间为4个月。有1例出现近端锁钉断裂,但未影响骨折愈合,无锁定接骨板弯曲及断裂,未出现小腿筋膜室综合征,无术后感染.结论锁定接骨板治疗胫腓骨骨折是较好的方法之一.
