| 摘 要： | 烟丝风力输送系统生产中有两个部位经常堵料:一是与落料器连接的异形接口风管出口处易堵料;二是当喂料机料满,落料器停止运转后落料器内堵料。通过对故障原因进行分析,提出了改进措施:将与落料器连接的异形接口风管缩短,在落料器吸丝风管上开三通口并加装气动蝶阀。通过改进,解决了风力输送系统堵料问题。

| Abstract: | Material jam always happens in two parts of tobacco wind-force transportation system.One is in air duct of special-shaped interface connected with material outlet,and the other is in material outlet when it stops working with a full feeding machine.This paper analyzes this problem and offers some suggestions for improvement. |
