高压静电场对舟山春兰愈伤组织生长的影响

摘    要:舟山春兰Cymbidium goeringii经高压静电场(HVEF)处理后,超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性、蛋白质及糖含量增加,过氧化物酶(POD)和吲哚乙酸(IAA)氧化酶活性下降,最终使愈伤组织生长速率提高。实验表明,高压静电场处理可促进舟山春兰愈伤组织的生长,与HVEF影响体内SOD、POD和IAA氧化酶活性以及蛋白质和糖含量的变化相关。

Abstract:Applying high Voltage electrostatic field(HVEF) to the callus of Cymbidium goeringii,We found that it had the effect of increasing the activity of SOD and the content of soluble protein and sugar,but decreasing the activities of peroxidase(POD) and IAA-oxidase on the Cymbidium goeringii.These results showed that HVEF could increase the growth rate of callus in Cymbidium goeringii.The experiment result s showed that HVEF promoted the growth and division of cell in Cymbidium goeringii callus.This results are related to the HVEF effect on the activities of SOD and POD and IAA-oxidase,and the content of protein and Sugar in Cymbidium goeringii callus.
