| 摘 要： | 本文认为，企业规模大小的原因和企业产生存在的原因是两个相互联系又互不相同的问题；现代企业理论并没有说明企业产生的原因；企业和市场既是互补关系又是替代关系，其中互补关系更重要。

| Abstract: | The author thinks that the reason for the size of an enterprise and the reason for the emergence and existence of an enterprise are two different but interrelated problems.The theories of modern enterprises have not explained why an enterprise should emerge.Enterprises and marhets are of complementary and replaceable relationship their complementary relationship is even more important. |
